Manage FAQs

Overview

The FAQ Management module controls the list of frequently asked questions displayed on your marketing site and/or inside the app. Keep this up to date to reduce support tickets and improve onboarding.

FAQ List

  • Question title.
  • Answer content (supports rich text in the admin UI).
  • Category or section (e.g. Billing, Getting Started, Technical).
  • Sort order and visibility status.

Adding a New FAQ

  1. Go to the FAQ section in the admin sidebar.
  2. Click Add FAQ.
  3. Enter a clear, concise question.
  4. Write a practical answer, linking to other docs where needed.
  5. Assign a category and sort order.
  6. Save and publish.

Best Practices

  • Base FAQs on the most common support requests.
  • Keep answers short, with links to detailed guides.
  • Group questions by topic so users can scan quickly.
  • Review and update FAQs whenever you ship major features or pricing changes.
