Manage Testimonials
Overview
The Testimonials module manages customer quotes that are displayed on your marketing site and in other high‑visibility areas. This is an important lever for improving conversion and trust.
Testimonial Fields
- Customer name and company.
- Role or title (e.g. Marketing Manager).
- Short testimonial quote describing their results with WAPI.
- Avatar or logo (optional but recommended).
- Sort order and visibility toggle.
Workflow
- Collect testimonials from happy customers.
- Obtain permission to use their name, logo and quote.
- Create a new testimonial entry in the admin.
- Select where it should appear (landing page sections, sliders, etc.).
- Reorder testimonials so your strongest social proof appears first.
Tips
- Highlight specific metrics (e.g. “3x more replies”, “40% less support load”).
- Keep quotes short and focused on outcomes, not features.
- Refresh testimonials regularly as you onboard larger customers.
