User Subscriptions
Overview
The User Subscriptions section lets you see which customers are on which plans, how long their subscription is valid, and whether they are in trial, active, cancelled or expired state.
Subscriptions Table
- Customer / tenant name and email.
- Assigned plan and billing cycle (monthly / yearly).
- Start date, next renewal date and expiration date.
- Payment status – paid, pending, failed or refunded.
- Subscription status – trial, active, cancelled, expired.
Common Actions
- View subscription – open a detailed view with full history, invoices and logs.
- Change plan – upgrade or downgrade a customer to another plan while keeping billing aligned with your gateway rules.
- Cancel subscription – stop auto‑renewal while allowing access until the end of the paid period.
- Manual extension – extend access for specific customers when you run promotions or grant courtesy time.
Use Cases
- Answer support questions about “which plan am I on?”
- Find customers whose subscriptions are about to expire.
- Identify high‑value customers for upsell or outreach.
- Check whether a customer’s failed payments impacted their access.
