Overview

The Plans Module allows administrators to create, manage, and update subscription plans for the WAPI WhatsApp marketing platform. This module controls what features and capabilities users have access to based on their subscription tier.

Plan Creation

• Name and Description: Set the plan name and detailed description that users will see
• Pricing: Define monthly and annual pricing with optional discount percentages
• Features: Specify which features are available in each plan tier
• Duration: Set billing cycles (monthly, annually, or custom periods)
• Status: Control whether the plan is active and visible to users

Plan Management

• Edit Existing Plans: Modify plan details, pricing, and features without disrupting current subscribers
• Plan Visibility: Toggle plans on/off for user selection
• Subscription Tracking: Monitor how many users are subscribed to each plan
• Revenue Analysis: View earnings from each plan to inform pricing decisions
• Bulk Operations: Update multiple plans simultaneously
