Overview

The Manage Users module allows administrators to view, edit, and manage all user accounts on the WAPI WhatsApp marketing platform. This module provides comprehensive user management capabilities including account status, subscription details, and profile information.

User Management

• User Profiles: View and edit user profile information including name, email, and contact details
• Account Status: Activate, deactivate, or suspend user accounts as needed
• Subscription Details: View current plan and subscription status for each user
• Activity Monitoring: Track user engagement and platform usage
• Access Control: Manage user permissions and account restrictions

Administrative Capabilities

• Mass Operations: Perform bulk actions like status changes across multiple users
• Search and Filter: Find users by various criteria including registration date, plan, or status
• Account Creation: Create user accounts manually and assign a specific Role to define their access level (see Role Permissions).
• Security Management: Handle account security issues and password resets
