Payment Transactions
Overview
The Payment Transactions module provides administrators with a comprehensive view of all financial transactions processed through the WAPI WhatsApp marketing platform. This module tracks payments, refunds, and billing events across all integrated payment gateways.
Transaction Monitoring
- All Transactions: View complete transaction history including payments, refunds, and failed attempts
- Payment Methods: Track transactions by payment gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.)
- Amount Tracking: Monitor transaction amounts and currency
- Status Monitoring: Identify successful, pending, and failed transactions
- User Association: Link transactions to specific user accounts
Management Capabilities
- Refund Processing: Initiate refunds for specific transactions when needed
