Overview

The Payment Transactions module provides administrators with a comprehensive view of all financial transactions processed through the WAPI WhatsApp marketing platform. This module tracks payments, refunds, and billing events across all integrated payment gateways.

Transaction Monitoring

  • All Transactions: View complete transaction history including payments, refunds, and failed attempts
  • Payment Methods: Track transactions by payment gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.)
  • Amount Tracking: Monitor transaction amounts and currency
  • Status Monitoring: Identify successful, pending, and failed transactions
  • User Association: Link transactions to specific user accounts

Management Capabilities
