Overview

The Template Library module allows administrators to create, manage, and organize pre-defined message templates for the WAPI WhatsApp marketing platform. These templates serve as reusable content for automated messaging, campaigns, and user interactions.

Template Management

• Template Creation: Create new message templates with placeholders and variables
• Category Organization: Group templates by purpose (welcome, follow-up, promotional, etc.)
• Content Editing: Update template text, images, buttons, and other elements
• Status Control: Activate or deactivate templates as needed
• Usage Tracking: Monitor how often each template is used
